Evening kickback made our night

The evening kickback surprised us with delicious snacks and refreshing drinks, making us feel right at home after a long day. Staff greeted us joyfully and made us feel special.

On the flip side, the air conditioning in our room struggled to keep up during the night, leading to some discomfort as the temperature rose.

I really didn't want to leave it in the morning. However, there were staffing issues. The check-in process took a while. I waited as the receptionist was engaged in conversation instead of checking in guests. The room had a faint odor of mildew. Luckily, the staff offered me to change rooms, but I had already settled in. Overall, the good aspects outweighed the negatives. I'd definitely consider coming back for the amenities and comfort.
